Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bright Educare ("we", "us", "our"), including our website at https://brighteducare.in and our mobile application (together, the "Platform").

By registering an account, buying anything, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who May Use the Platform

• You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• One account is for one person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shares paid material, or is used in a way that harms other students or the Platform.

3. Study Material and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — mock tests, questions, explanations, notes, PDFs, recorded and live classes, posters, images, logos and design — belongs to us or to our content partners, and is protected by copyright law.

When you buy or are given access to material, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own examination preparation. You may not:

• Copy, resell, rent or redistribute any material, whether free of charge or for payment.
• Share your login so that others can use your access.
• Upload our material to any website, cloud drive, messaging group or channel.
• Record, screen-capture or re-broadcast live or recorded classes.
• Use automated tools to download or scrape content in bulk.

Previous year question papers are published by the recruitment boards themselves. We provide them for study convenience and claim no ownership over the original papers.

4. Fees and Payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
• Access is granted once payment has been confirmed on our server. If money leaves your account but access does not appear, contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects something you have already bought.
• Where a purchase covers a fixed period, access ends when that period expires unless it is renewed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We will, however, refund you in these situations:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same item. We refund the extra amount in full.
• Payment taken, access not given — if we cannot restore your access, we refund in full.
• Content withdrawn by us — if we remove something you have paid for and cannot provide a replacement, we refund the unused portion.

To request a refund, email bsaha8607@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, from your registered email address, including the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Refunds are not given for change of mind, for material you have already accessed, or where an account has been closed for breaking these terms.

6. What We Do and Do Not Promise

We work hard to keep our material accurate and current, and we prepare it with care. Even so:

• We do not guarantee any examination result. Nothing on the Platform is a promise of selection, a rank, or a particular score.
• Questions, answer keys and explanations may occasionally contain errors. If you spot one, please tell us and we will correct it.
• Examination dates, vacancy counts, syllabi and eligibility rules are set by the recruitment boards, not by us. Always confirm against the official notification before relying on anything.
• Mock test scores and ranks are for practice and comparison only. They do not predict actual results.

7. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep the Platform running at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting problems, network faults or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Where a live class must be rescheduled, we will inform you as early as we can.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain access to another student's account or data.
• Probe, scan or interfere with the security of the Platform.
• Manipulate scores, ranks, leaderboards or referral rewards.
• Post abusive, obscene, misleading or unlawful content anywhere on the Platform.
• Use the Platform for anything unlawful, or in a way that disrupts it for others.

9. Referral Programme

Where a referral or commission scheme is offered, rewards are earned only on genuine referrals that result in a completed purchase. Self-referral, fake accounts and other manipulation will result in rewards being cancelled and may lead to account closure. We may change or end the scheme at any time; rewards already validly earned will be honoured.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on outside services for payments, notifications, video and hosting, and links to official recruitment board websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of services we do not control. Their own terms apply when you use them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of an examination opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Platform develops or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
